These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cartotile website ( cartotile.com) and the purchase of products from it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The website is operated by SEQ SIA, registration number 40203410806, VAT number LV40203410806, registered at Lastadijas 12 k-3, Rīga, LV-1050, Latvia.

Products

Cartotile offers custom-designed map posters and framed prints. Each product is made to order based on the design you create in our editor. Product descriptions, images, sizes, and prices displayed on the website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Final prices shown at checkout include all applicable taxes.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the products in your order. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider (EveryPay / Swedbank). We accept Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Intellectual Property

Map data is sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors and other open data providers. The designs you create are yours, but the underlying map data, styles, and software remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEQ SIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rīga, Latvia.

Available Delivery Options

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner (Printful). Shipping is available worldwide. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, after which transit times depend on the chosen shipping method and destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by the destination address, product dimensions, and chosen shipping method. Exact rates are shown at checkout before payment. All displayed prices include applicable taxes.

Delivery times depend on your location. We use Printful's global fulfillment network to print locally whenever possible for faster delivery.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund under the conditions described below.

Order Cancellations

Because each poster is custom-made to your design, cancellations are only possible before the order enters production. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@cartotile.com.

Returns

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, you may return a product within 14 days of delivery if:

• The product arrived damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• The print quality does not match our standards

Replacements

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us with photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage).

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive defective or damaged.

What We Collect

• Account data: Email address (used for login and order notifications)
• Order data: Name, shipping address, phone number, email — required to fulfill your order
• Payment data: Processed securely by our payment provider (EveryPay). We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics (page views, interactions) via Google Analytics and Plausible Analytics to improve our service
• Design data: Map designs you create and save in your account

How We Protect It
